An Oleato is a coffee beverage made with olive oil. This beverage is currently only being sold in select cities but the trend can already be found all over the internet. The grassy notes of olive oil give the drink a warm and richer flavour than stand alone coffee and is a great drink to try if you're looking for something new!

- 90 g Haferdrink
- 5 g Olivenöl

Heat milk in the microwave in 15 second intervals until hot. Meanwhile, prepare the espresso.

Add the olive oil to the warm milk and blend with an electric frother, or by hand with a whisk until the olive oil is mostly incorporated.

Add the milk to the still hot espresso, stir, and enjoy.

Optional: play up the herbal flavours with added ingredients like cardamom or vanilla.
