    300 g Spaghetti, Dinkel
  • Tomatenmark
    3 EL Tomatenmark
  • Tomatensauce
    500 ml Tomatensauce
  • Wasser
    200 ml Wasser
  • Lorbeerblatt, getrocknet
    2 Stk Lorbeerblätter, getrocknet
  • Pfeffer, frisch gemahlen
    1,5 TL Pfeffer, frisch gemahlen
  • Salz
    1 EL Salz
  • Staudensellerie
    1 Stk Staudensellerie
  • Karotte
    2 Stk Karotten
  • Zwiebel
    1 Stk Zwiebel, gelb
  • Knoblauchzehe
    3 Stk Knoblauchzehen
  • Olivenöl
    4 EL Olivenöl
  • 120 g Grüne Linsen, getrocknet

Schritte

  • 01 / 05

    Cut the onion, garlic, carrots and celery to small cubes.

  • 02 / 05

    Fry all the ingredients from above until golden brown.

  • 03 / 05

    Add the green lentils, tomato paste, tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper.

    And let cook until the lentils, carrots and celery are soft and that the sauce has been reduced.

    (If needed add more water)

    Cook the paste 7 minutes and take some of the pasta water to add to the sauce and combine to create an emulsion.

    Optional serving with Vegan Parmesan and Parsley.
