This cabbage dish has so many deep flavors and it is simple yet impressive.

Zutaten

  • Karotte
    4 Stk. Karotten
  • Zwiebel
    1 Stk. Zwiebel, gelb
  • Knollensellerie
    1 Stk. Knollensellerie
  • Petersilie, frisch
    40 g Petersilie, frisch
  • Thymian, frisch
    5 g Thymian, frisch
  • Pfeffer, bunt, ganz
    10 g Pfeffer, bunt, ganz
  • Salz
    1 EL Salz
  • Olivenöl
    2 EL Olivenöl
  • Weißwein
    200 ml Weißwein
  • Wasser
    1 l Wasser

Schritte

    Cut the hard stamp of the cabbage.

    In a pot put water and all the ingredients together including the whole cabbage and the wine and bring to a boil.

    Low the fire and cook it for one hour.

    After one hour take out the cabbage and slice it into steak shapes.

    Put the cuttend cabbage pieces and all the liquid and vegetables from the pot into a baking tray and bake it in the oven on 180 for 1.5 hours until golden brown.

    All the liquid should be reduced by then.

    Add some olive oil and serve with fresh Thymian and vegan yogurt.
